Kameron Cluchey, MSW, LCSW

Kameron Cluchey, LCSW, received her Bachelors in Social Work from Bradley University, Masters of Social Work with specialization in Child and Family from University of Illinois at Chicago, and her Post-MSW Professional Educator License for School Social Work from Aurora University. She has over 16 years of experience in the school social work and clinical therapy fields.
Kameron is currently a middle school social worker in a specialized role that focuses on risk assessment, suicide prevention, and crisis intervention. She has a passion for working with older elementary aged kids, adolescents, and teenagers and incorporates a lot of games, art, and hands-on activities into her therapeutic interventions.
Kameron is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment for her clients and families. She specializes in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, self-injury, suicidality, and LGBTQ+ issues. Kameron also has a strong background in Individualized Education Plans, Functional Behavior Assessments, and Behavior Intervention Plans and can help to navigate and advocate for her clients within the educational system.
Kameron has presented at numerous industry related conferences where she is known for providing engaging and impactful professional development sessions with tangible, useful takeaways for educators. She has also consulted for Chicagoland school districts in the areas of suicide prevention, school-based therapeutic intervention, and refinement of best practices.
On a personal note, she is a mother to two tween boys, a blind horse named Poppy, and a crazy dog named Piper.
